Discover Gangotri

Gangotri, located in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand, is a significant pilgrimage site in Hinduism, revered as the source of the holy River Ganges. Historically, the Gangotri Temple was built in the 18th century by a Gorkha commander named Amar Singh Thapa.
